Half-baked ideas are the Baron’s bread and butter. The latest came to him on his double-yolk Easter egg hunt in the Black Forest, where he discovered an underground bakery.
Inside cinnamon-scented warrens, Easter bunnies proved a spiced dough, keeping it warm in their chocolate nests. Hatching an idea, the Baron pocketed a loaf before hightailing it from the hot, cross bunnies.
Back at headquarters, the Baron’s disciples bring the idea to life by buttering up toasted traditional hot cross buns full of currants, spices and orange zest before crumbling them into 70% Solomon Islands cacao chocolate.
